The Wedding Services

I am Kelsey, and I coordinate weddings across the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire for brides who already know what they want. My role is to lead the vendor team and hold the family room with calm authority, so the day moves on time and you can be present with your people.

Save the date.

From yes to I do, every step is guided with intention and care.

Every wedding has its own shape, so while these are the services I offer, each quote is built around the couple in front of me. If you would like to know more about what Ever After by Keke can hold for you and your wedding day, book a short call and we will walk through it together.

01Service One

Wedding Day Coordination

the steady hand on the day

Two weeks out from your wedding date, I become the single point of contact for your vendor team. We meet for a final timeline review, and I close the loop with each vendor on their arrival window and where they fit in the flow of the night.

On the wedding day, I am onsite for up to eight hours with full authority to make the small calls that keep the timeline moving. Setup and breakdown stay with your family or your inner circle.

This tier is built for the bride who already has her sister or her maid of honor running point on the room. You have your people. What you want is a professional on the wedding day who can hold the timeline so the people you love can be present with you.

Wedding Month Coordination

the takeover at the four-week mark

Thirty days out, I take the vendor team off your plate. The final month is when most brides start to feel the weight of every contract they signed eight months ago, and the question they keep asking is whether anything is actually going to happen on time. The answer here is yes, because I am the one making it happen.

Every vendor contract is reviewed in writing. Every confirmation outreach is sent on your behalf, and the master timeline that your photographer, your DJ, your florist, and your venue coordinator all work from is written under my hand. On the wedding day, I am onsite for up to ten hours with setup oversight included, and rehearsal direction the night before is available as an add-on.

The fee covers the four full weeks of vendor work that happens before the day. By the time you walk down the aisle, every loose end is already closed.

03Service Three

Partial Planning

the shortcut to the rest of your team

Three to six months out, I come in to fill the gaps in your vendor team. You have the venue and a Pinterest board with a clear sense of where you want to land. What is still open is the florist, the DJ, the photographer, or the caterer, and the search has started to feel like a second job you did not sign up for.

My role is to bring you a short list of vendors who fit your aesthetic and your number, vet each one, and review the contract before it is signed. From the day we begin together, your budget is tracked, your design direction has a steady hand on it, and the vendor team gets built around the day you have already started picturing.

Everything inside Wedding Month Coordination is folded in, so the takeover at the thirty-day mark happens under one engagement and one signature. You work with one planner from the moment we begin together through the last toast of the night.

04Service Four · The Whole Story

Full Planning & Design

designed for your forever, beginning to end

This is the engagement that begins eight to twelve months out. You have a venue and an idea. From that starting point, I build the rest of the day with you: the design language, the vendor team across every category, the budget that holds it all together, and the production calendar that gets us from this moment to the aisle.

Our first session is a vision and design meeting where we lock the aesthetic, the must-haves, the budget guardrails, and the priorities everything else gets weighed against. From there, every vendor is sourced and vetted on your behalf, and every contract is negotiated under my hand before it crosses your desk. The design direction across florals, signage, styling, and the small touches that carry your story through the night is mine to lead. Twelve hours onsite with one assistant is included on the wedding day so the pace never lags from the first look to the send-off.

This engagement is for the bride who has interviewed two other planners and walked away feeling either talked down to or undersold. The investment reflects what is built into the scope, and the moment to begin together is now.
